Projects are portfolio ready?
i plan on using all the techniques that were shown to me by my instructor. the pin tool comes in handy for cloud displacement for my scene as well as the particle effects. i might have to tweak my motion tracking a little as well as my mask on some of the layers. i still need to tweak the meteor to make it look more realistic. i also need to adjust the sounds in my scene. in the end my video will look as realistic as i can get it and it will be ready for portfolio.
with this project I plan to use a lot of the knowledge that I have learned like how to mask and how to create particles in after effects. and with maya I learned how to create particles better than I did before. I also learned motion tracking which is getting easier to do now that I have notes on it and it don't seem to bad to do anymore, but for my project I do need to fix the ring of fire around my house and make it last longer when I fix it again in batch render again and I have to get some kind of sounds for my video, I don't know maybe some magic sounds or something when I make the fire around the house.
I don't know if I should use another sound effect for when I use my wand when it finally does the magic to the house or should I also get some kind of fire sound effect like that sizzling sound of burning wood.

what I learn is what I want to use video editing because I like to edit video and adding effect. this could be used in a 3d animation to give more of an attention to the audience and bring the video to great image. I plan using this a stepping stone to create great piece of work and show other that I have the talent and creativity for a company.

ReplyDeleteyou can use a sound that has wood cracking for your house. thats if you are still dropping your house from the sky.
